A Preliminary Study on the Irrigation Device for Natural Rainfall Collecting Flow of Red Plum Apricot

Abstract:
【Objective】Four - year - old red plum apricot and four - year - old red plum apricot were selected as the research objects.【Method】By means of comparative study, four indexes were observed, including soil moisture content, ground diameter, leaf area index and ground temperature, to study and evaluate the growth differences of the two conditions of the same age.【Result】The results showed that after installing the rainfall-collecting infiltration irrigation device, the natural rainfall of 5.6mm could be directly transported to the root of the apricot, increasing the soil water content at the root. The annual growth rate of earth diameter is 1.2 times that of natural growth. Leaf area index (lai) was 56.8% higher than the natural growth rate for rain-collecting infiltration irrigation installations; The earth's temperature is 3 to 5 degrees Celsius higher than natural growth.【Conclusion】After installing rain-collecting irrigation device, it can solve the problem of water shortage in deep root economic forest such as red plum apricot, and can also be popularized and applied to other deep root economic forest in arid and semi-arid areas to solve the crop drought problem.
