The Spatial Multi-objective Optimal Research of Reused Water for Urban Agglomeration Based on NSGA-Ⅱ

Abstract:
【Objective】By the increased demand for water resources, the contradiction becomes more and more prominent between supply and demand of water resources. It is of great significance to improve the sewage treatment rate and reuse it to the social and economic development in urban. 【Method】According to the input and output analysis of urban water resources, the GDP increased value of unit water resources can be determined, multi-objective distribution model is set up for reusing urban wastewater based on maximizing the economic benefit and quantity of wastewater, adopting modern intelligent algorithm NSGA-II, the model is solved and obtain the Pareto optimal solution set. 【Result】The optimal water allocation is determined according to the maximum economic benefit and the water consumption close to the actual value. The optimal allocation scenarios of wastewater can be selected in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. Based on the socio-economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, according to GIS spatial function, a spatial analysis is conducted to the distribution plan.【Conclusion】According to the spatial optimization allocation plan, the management ideas and countermeasures are put forward for the reuse of wastewater.
