Abstract:
In this paper, rice 919 was selected as the research object to study its growth characteristics under salt stress during the whole growth period. 7 groups of CK, 2g/L~7g/L were selected for the salinity of irrigation water. Plant height, leaf area, tiller number, tiller number and SPAD value were selected for the measurement indexes of rice. According to the growth characteristics of rice under different salinity irrigation conditions during the whole growth period, the salt-tolerance of rice at each stage was analyzed. The results showed that the brackish irrigation with different salinity had different effects on the growth characters of rice, and the plant height, leaf area, tiller number, tiller number and panicle number decreased with the increase of salt concentration. Among them, 5g/ L-7g /L brackish water had a significant effect on rice growth under salt stress in the whole growth period. Plant height and leaf area decreased to different degrees, among which 7g/L brackish water had the most significant effect on rice. 2g/L-3g/L brackish water had no obvious inhibition on rice plant height and leaf area. Under the irrigation of brackish water with different salinity, the low concentration brackish water of 1g/ L-2g /L increased the soil osmosis potential and further promoted the water absorption of the rice root system. There was no significant difference in plant height and leaf area growth between the CK treatment group and the CK treatment group (p>0.05). When the salinity concentration of irrigation water was higher than 4g/L, the change curve of plant height and leaf area decreased significantly during the whole growth period. The experiment has rich measurement indexes and a wide range of control group, which can optimize the brackish water irrigation system of rice and provide theoretical guidance for brackish water irrigation of rice.
