Abstract:
【Objective】In order to explore the changes of organic carbon components of newly cultivated land by adding woody peat and other organic materials, so as to better understand the retention mechanism of farmland soil organic carbon, improve the quality of the newly cultivated land soil layer, and provide fast, efficient and reasonable fertilizer Scientific basis.【Method】 This experiment relied on Shanxi Province to use woody peat to quickly build a high-quality farming layer pilot project to study no fertilization treatment (CK), conventional fertilization + decomposed straw (DZ), woody peat + decomposed straw + bioactivator + conventional fertilizer (MT) And long-term conventional fertilization (DB, which is a high-yield farmland around the study area) under four combined application measures total soil organic carbon (TOC), microbial biomass carbon (MBC), easily oxidized organic carbon (EOC), water-soluble organic carbon (WSOC ), Light group organic carbon (LFOC) and recombinant organic carbon (HFOC) content. 【Result】The results showed that: (1) MT treatment significantly reduced the soil pH, and the soil fertility was increased to varying degrees in the addition of woody peat and other organic materials; (2) The content of soil organic carbon components under MT treatment has increased to varying degrees compared to CK, and the contents of TOC, MBC, LFOC and HFOC are significantly different from those under DZ treatment; (3) There is a close relationship between the components of soil organic carbon, and total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, and alkali-decomposed nitrogen have a very significant correlation with each component of soil organic carbon. 【Conclusion】Taken together, the addition of organic materials such as woody peat can not only improve the physical and chemical properties of the soil but also quickly increase the SOC level, Therefore, woody peat + decomposed straw + bio-activator + conventional fertilization is the best mode to improve poor fertility and fertility.
