Abstract:
【Objective】Soil aggregate structure is an important factor affecting soil fertility and quality. The study of coastal soil structure and fractal characteristics can provide theoretical basis for rational utilization of beach land resources. 【Method】Taking the soil of wasteland and rice field in Tiaozini reclamation area of Dongtai county, Jiangsu province as the research objects, the composition of soil water-stable aggregates was determined by wet sieving, and the fractal dimension characteristics of aggregates were investigated. The effect of physical and chemical factors on fractal dimension was studied by factor analysis. 【Result】The results showed that the content of large aggregates increased, the fractal dimension decreased and the structure of aggregates improved after rice planting. The fractal dimension of soil aggregates was negatively correlated with the content of larger size aggregates, while positively correlated with the content of smaller size aggregates. Soil mean weight diameter and geometric mean diameter were negatively correlated with fractal dimension. Factor analysis and correlation analysis showed that Na+、Mg2+、Ca2+、K+、SAR and Cl- contributed significantly to the fractal dimension of soil aggregates in the study area, and showed a significant positive correlation with the fractal dimension.【Conclusion】Rice planting can increase the content of large aggregates in the coastal soil, reduce the fractal dimension, and improve the agglomeration structure; factor analysis shows that the physical and chemical properties of some soils have a large contribution rate to the fractal dimension of the soil aggregates and are significantly Positive correlation.
