Abstract:
【Objective】In order to explore the effects of well-type water-saving irrigation and flood irrigation on photosynthetic physiological indexes of middle-aged grey jujube at different growth stages, 【Method】Li-6400 photosynthetic apparatus was used to measure the diurnal and monthly variation characteristics of photosynthetic parameters of middle-aged grey jujube under the two irrigation methods.【Result】 ① The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) in most growth periods of well irrigation showed a "double peak" curve distribution, while some growth periods showed a "single peak" curve, among which the peak values of well irrigation in deciduous period and mature period were 9.07 μ mol/m2 s and 22.18 μ mol/m2 s, respectively, and the leaf spreading period and deciduous period were "single peak" The peak values were 16.64 μ mol/m2 s and 9.54 μ mol/m2 s, respectively. There was no significant difference in the daily mean value of Pn in each growth period between the two kinds of irrigation, which was the highest in mature period and the lowest in deciduous period, which was consistent with the changing law of moonlight photosynthesis in middle-aged grey jujube. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) was both regulated by stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr). ② The monthly changes of stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) of the two irrigation schemes are highly similar to the monthly changes of net photosynthetic rate (Pn). ③ There is no significant difference between the two kinds of irrigation on the whole in the diurnal and monthly changes of photosynthetic parameters in each growth period, but the distribution of photosynthetic indexes is more regular under the condition of well irrigation. Conclusion: 【Conclusion】Well irrigation can meet the photosynthetic requirements of middle-aged grey jujube under the premise of effective water saving, and will not reduce its biomass.
