Study on Calculation Method of Water Quality Compliance Rate in Water Function Area of Transboundary River

Abstract:
The cross-border River involves many administrative regions in the upstream and downstream. The calculation of the water quality standard rate in the water functional area is the key and difficult point of the management of the red line of the wastewater receiving in the functional area of the cross-border river. 【Objective】The water quality standard rate of the functional area of cross-border River after deducting the influence of the inflow water from upstream is calculated. 【Method】The quantitative calculation method of water quality standard rate in the functional area of cross-border river is proposed by constructing the water quality mathematical model. The calculation method is verified by taking Zhaosutai River in Liaohe River Basin as a typical case. 【Result】① The water quality standard rates of Jiliao buffer area, Heigang agricultural water area, Zhaosutai Huangjiuguan agricultural water area, Tiaozihe Jiliao buffer zone and Tiaozihe Jian agricultural water use area in 2017 are 100.0%, 33.3%, 33.3%, 100.0% and 91.7% respectively. ② This method effectively deducted the influence of upstream incoming water on the water quality concentration of downstream water function area, and reasonably calculated the water quality standard rate of downstream water function area. ③ The results of the calculation of the water quality standard rate in the water functional area are higher than that of the conventional calculation method. 【Conclusion】The calculation method is more reasonable than the conventional calculation method, which can provide scientific support for the management and protection of the functional area of cross-border river flow.
