Experimental Study on Optimal Combination of Water Layer, Topdressing amount, Stock Density of Crab and Feed Quantity under Rice-Crab Mode

Abstract:
【Background】In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate of water-fertilizer. undefined crab density and feed dosage under rice-crab mode in Helan County, Ningxia.【Objective】Four factors and three levels of orthogonal test were used to study the effects of different depth of water layer(5cm, 8cm, 11cm), fertilization((60+1 500+3 000)kg/hm2), (75+3 000+4 500) kg/hm2), (90+4 500+6 000)kg/hm2), stock density of crab(60kg/hm2, 90kg/hm2, 120kg/hm2) and daily feed quantity (7.2kg/hm2, 9kg/hm2, 10.8kg/hm2)on growth, yield and quality of rice and crab.【Result】①the orders of four factors affecting the yield of rice and crab were F>H>D>S and D>H>F>S, and all four factors reached the significant level.②The yield of rice and crab、the total amino acid content of crab muscle increased with the increase of H and F. Taste value of rice increased with the increase of H, and increased first and then decreased with the increase of F. yield of Rice and total amino acids of crab muscle increased first and then decreased with the increase of D and S. The yield of crab and Taste value of rice increased with the increase of D, but decreased with the increase of S.【Conclusion】According to range、variance and principal component analysis, the optimal level combination of factors is determined as follows: H is 11cm, F is 6+300+400kg/667m2 (urea + biogas residue +biogas slurry), D is 6kg/667m2, S is 480g/667m2, the yields of Rice and crab were the highest, which were 653.32kg/667m2 and 19.64kg/667m2, respectively, and increased by 24% and 37.6% compared with CK. Meanwhile, taste value of rice and total amino acid of crab muscle were the highest, which were 83.7 points and 15.85g/100g, respectively, increased by 6.9% and 24.8% compared with CK.
