Abstract:
The installation height and working pressure are important indexes that affect the hydraulic performance of sprinkler head. Select a new type of seedling nozzle installation height of 0.5, 0.6, 0.7m, respectively test its single nozzle water distribution under 200, 250, 300, 350kPa working pressure, the use of Matlab software to draw a single nozzle water distribution contour map. Based on the principle of water balance, a calculation model of row sprinkling volume distribution was established, and the single sprinkling volume distribution was converted into row sprinkling volume distribution, and the combined uniformity coefficient under different combination spacing was calculated. Taking the combined spacing of 0.5m as the cardinal value, the sensitivity analysis of the main factors affecting the combined uniformity coefficient of the sprinkler head was carried out. The results show that increasing the installation height of sprinkler head can improve the uniformity of water distribution and reduce the peak irrigation intensity of single sprinkler head. The intensity of sprinkler irrigation increases with the increase of pressure. The optimal working conditions of the sprinkler head are the installation height of 0.5m, the pressure of 300kPa and the spacing of the sprinkler head of 0.5m. In the negative change interval of the cardinal value, the influence degree of the combination uniformity coefficient is in order of the installation height > working pressure > combination spacing, and the opposite is true when the cardinal value is positive.
