Abstract:
The Yellow River basin is in water shortage, and agricultural irrigation water accounts for about 70% of the total water consumption. Agricultural water-saving level has been greatly improved in recent years, but the development of efficient water-saving irrigation is still the most effective water-saving measure. Based on the status of the efficient water saving in the Yellow River irrigation area, this paper analyzes the problems of light operation management, low water supply guarantee rate and scattered land operation mode in the development process, and puts forward measures and suggestions on ideological understanding, capital input, engineering system, strict control area, tracking analysis, market supervision and so on.
