Experimental research on the anti-clogging performance index of Inlay patch drip irrigation belt with different factors

Abstract:
【Objective】The effects of laying slope, sand content, and operating pressure on the irrigation uniformity and flow drop of the inlaid patch drip irrigation belt were explored to reduce the clogging of the drip irrigation belt.【Method】Design a uniform orthogonal test plan with three factors and three levels of laying slope (-1, 0, 1%), sand content (1, 2, 3 g/L) and operating pressure (40, 70, 100 KPa), and carry out the length of drip irrigation belt, It is an indoor physical test of 35 m.【Result】The influencing factors of irrigation uniformity are: sand content > laying slope > operating pressure; the influencing factors of flow drop are: sand content > operating pressure > laying slope. For the projection pursuit regression model of uniformity and flow drop, the standardized root mean square errors of the two models are 2.98% and 2.42%, and the prediction model has excellent performance.【Conclusion】The sand content is an important factor affecting the clogging of the inlaid patch drip irrigation belt, and the relationship between different sand content, laying slope, operating pressure and irrigation uniformity and flow rate drop was established.
