Abstract:
【Objective】In order to study the response of farmland soil available nitrogen to the long-term irrigation of dairy wastewater and its reclaimed water, 【Method】The cornfield irrigated with 5 kinds of water quality downstream of the sewage plant in Shengle Economic Park, Hohhot City (dairy wastewater accounted for 91.45%) As the research object, 5 treatments were set up, namely: 17-year continuous irrigation area for motor-driven wells (JG), 17-year continuous irrigation area for reclaimed water (ZG), and 17-year continuous irrigation area for motor-driven wells and reclaimed water (HG), 1-year sewage irrigation area ( W1) and sewage irrigated continuously for 5 years (W5), with wasteland as the control (CK), the changes and differences of soil ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and hydrolyzable organic nitrogen in 0-90 cm soil layers in different irrigation areas were studied. , and the available nitrogen of the soil in the plough layer (0-50 cm) was evaluated. 【Result】W1 and W5 treatments can significantly increase the contents of ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and hydrolyzable organic nitrogen in the soil; the changes of the contents of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in each layer all increase with the time of sewage irrigation, and the degree of influence gradually increases. decreased; the content of ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and hydrolyzable organic nitrogen in the soil treated by JG, HG and ZG was not significantly different; the content of ammonium nitrogen after irrigation was significantly higher than that without irrigation; The content of the non-irrigated layer was basically the same as that of the JG treatment; the content of hydrolyzable organic nitrogen was basically below 60 mg/kg except that the surface layer was the lowest at 0-10 cm; the content of soil nitrogen in different months was not different. obvious. 【Conclusion】On the whole, the nitrogen content of sewage irrigation treatment was better than that of other irrigation treatment methods, which belonged to the medium and general level, and the nitrogen content of the other irrigation methods basically belonged to the poor level.
