Abstract:
Abstract: 【Objective】 To find out the influence of irrigation methods and nitrification inhibitor 3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate (DMPP) on the dynamic change of ammonia volatilization in summer maize field soil after fertilization and the influence of soil enzyme activity, which is the key driving factor in this process,【Method】Situ experiments method was used to set up four treatments: DMPP applied to conventional shallow drip irrigation(DI+DMPP), DMPP applied to alternate shallow drip irrigation (ADI+DMPP), DMPP not applied to conventional shallow drip irrigation(DI+NO), and DMPP not applied to alternate shallow drip irrigation(ADI+NO). The effects of irrigation methods and nitrification inhibitors on NH3 volatilization rate, NH3 volatilization accumulation and soil enzyme activities during maize growth period were studied by applying nitrification inhibitors DMPP to four treatments under shallow alternate drip irrigation in the leaching-pond under the rainproof shed.【Result】1)Different irrigation methods and whether DMPP is applied or not have different effects on NH3 volatilization rate at different growth stages of maize. The application of DMPP treatment can significantly improve the soil NH3 volatilization rate at jointing stage, heading stage and filling stage; alternative drip irrigation treatment can only significantly reduce the NH3 volatilization rate of soil at booting stage. 2)Compared with DI, ADI significantly reduced the ammonia volatilization accumulation by 12.70% ~ 45.45%. However, DMPP treatment significantly increased the ammonia volatilization.3) At the heading stage of maize, alternative drip irrigation could effectively improve the activities of catalase, alkaline phosphatase and FDA hydrolase in the soil of maize root zone, but had no significant effect on urease activity; Nitration inhibitor DMPP had no significant effect on soil enzyme activity near root zone. 【Conclusion】The combination treatment of alternating ADI+NO is the best in ammonia volatilization and emission reduction.
