Study on Hydropower Conversion Coefficient of Changji Prefecture Based on Polynomial Regression Model

Abstract:
For the big data records of water and electricity use of electromechanical wells in Changji Prefecture over the years in the irrigation cycle, through data cleaning, mining the valuable data, and determining the single well hydropower coefficient, actual power, actual flow and other parameters. The polynomial regression method is used to fit the relationship between the hydropower coefficient and these parameters. The reasonable range of the hydropower coefficient is analyzed to provide support for the platform to accurately measure water consumption. Combined with the average hydropower coefficient and actual power of villages and towns, the reference value table of the hydropower coefficient of villages and towns is obtained, and the relationship model between the actual power and actual flow of the hydropower coefficient pump is established. Through parameter optimization, the relationship model between the fitting hydropower coefficient and the actual power and actual flow of the pump is determined. The mean square deviation between the predicted value of the model and the actual value is 0.029, the decision coefficient is 0.944, and the prediction error rate is 0. Through the above work, it provides support for the verification of groundwater exploitation in Changji Prefecture.
