不同“水梦”无机吸附剂对黄河水泥沙吸附影响与适用性分析

摘要:
【目的】寻求一种新的黄河水沙分离技术,从而发展黄河水滴灌技术,降低滴灌成本。【方法】根据自主研制的4种高性能“水梦”无机吸附剂的高效吸附特性,采用人工模拟配置不同含沙量的黄河水的烧杯静态吸附试验的方法,开展了不同吸附剂及投放量对泥沙、养分、微生物的吸附效果和水温对于吸附剂吸附性能影响的研究,从而筛选出适宜的吸附剂类型及不同含沙量下水沙分离的适宜投放量。【结果】①在低含沙量(2~3 kg/m3)水平下,吸附剂CS-001吸附效果最好,其适宜投剂量为0.04 kg/m3;②而在高含沙量(10~15 kg/m3)水平下,吸附剂CS-005吸附效果最好,适宜投剂量为0.08~0.12 kg/m3;③温度对泥沙沉降速率有影响,吸附剂CS-001在温度为20 ℃条件下吸附效果更好,沉降速率更快;④CS-001吸附剂对于对黄河水中COD和总氮、总磷含量也有降低的效果,对于防止滴灌微生物堵塞有积极作用。【结论】综合考虑,黄河水滴灌泥沙处理中,以CS-001吸附剂为宜。

Abstract:
【Objective】Find a new processing technology of the sediment of the Yellow River, and develop the technology of drop irrigation and decrease its cost. 【Method】 Based on the absorption property of four high-performance “Shuimeng” inorganic adsorbents, we used beaker static test of the Yellow River with different sand content, and ensured the absorption efficiency of different adsorbents and appropriate dosage to sediment and nutrient substance, selected the suitable type of adsorbent and the appropriate dosage of adsorbent under different sediment concentration and researched the influence of temperature on absorption property. 【Result】The results showed that, in the case of low sediment concentration (2~3 kg/m3), the absorption efficiency of CS-001 was the best, its appropriate dosage was 0.04 kg/m3; In case of high sediment concentration (10~15 kg/m3) Yellow River water, the absorption efficiency of CS-005 was the best, the appropriate dosage was 0.08 kg/m3. Temperature had an impact on settling velocity of sediment, and the absorption efficiency of CS-001 was better in 20 ℃, settling velocity of sediment was faster. CS-001 could reduce COD, TN and TP of the Yellow River, it was significant to?prevent blocking of microorganism in drop irrigation. 【Conclusion】It is appropriate to use CS-001 adsorbent in the treatment of drip irrigation using water from the Yellow River.
