| 大中型灌区标准化管理在当前农村水利和农业生产领域扮演着重要角色。位于鲁西北平原的韩家灌区长期以来存在管理体制不完善、日常维护管理不到位、工程监测及巡护资料不规范、档案及资产管理缺乏等一系列问题，无法满足现代化农业生产的需求。本文针对灌区的实际情况，进行了标准化管理建设和改革。经过努力，韩家灌区的标准化管理工作成功通过验收，成为山东省首批实现标准化建设的大中型灌区。在此基础上，对大中型灌区标准化管理经验进行了深入总结，涵盖了组织管理、安全管理、工程管理、农业节水与供水管理、信息化管理和经济管理方面。以期为鲁西北平原大中型灌区标准化管理提供经验和工程参考。 |

| The standardization management of large and medium-sized irrigation districts plays a crucial role in the current rural water conservancy and agricultural production sector. The Hanjia Irrigation District located in the Northwest Shandong Plain, which has long been plagued by a series of issues including imperfect management system, inadequate routine maintenance, non-standard engineering monitoring and patrol data, and lack of archive and asset management, These problems render it unable to meet the demands of modern agricultural production. This paper addresses the actual situation of the irrigation district and undertakes standardization management construction and reform efforts. Through diligent endeavors, the standardization management of the Hanjia Irrigation District has successfully passed acceptance, becoming one of the first large and medium-sized irrigation districts in Shandong Province to achieve standardized construction. Building upon this achievement, a comprehensive summary of experiences in standardization management of large and medium-sized irrigation districts is provided, covering aspects such as organizational management, safety management, engineering management, agricultural water conservation and water supply management, information management, and economic management. This aims to provide experiences and engineering references for standardization management in large and medium-sized irrigation districts in the Northwest Shandong Plain. |
