大水位变幅下库区取水泵站水泵机组变频调速研究

摘要:
为了解决库区取水泵站在上游水库大水位变幅下与下级泵站之间流量匹配性不高的问题,以某梯级提水系统设计为模型,利用水泵变频调速原理,对取水泵站在不同水位下,通过对水泵特性曲线在做定性相似分析,定量计算,推算出水泵变频后的特性曲线,并根据下游用户流量需求确定取水泵站水泵在各种库水位下水泵运行工况点,合理确定取水泵站水泵变频范围。通过对取水泵站与二级泵站的水泵运行工况进行对比分析,结果表明取水泵站与二级泵站之间能实现流量完全匹配运行。该研究为库区取水泵站的水泵机组在大水位变幅下额定工况点的确定提供了经验与参考。

Abstract:
To solve the flow match problem between the first pump station and the following station when the first pump station operates under large various water level, Based on the model of water step-pumping system design of One pumping water engineering and on the frequency regulating for various speed principle, it is analyzed that when the first pump station operates at different water level in upstream reservoir, based on the qualitative similarity analysis and calculation done on pump performance curve, various frequency pump performance curves are calculated, and pump real operating conditions and operating range of the first pump station are determined in various reservoir water level. Comparison analysis are done on the results of the operation for the first pump station and the second pump station, it is shown that the flow in the two stations can be matched. This research provides reference and guide for the determination of the rated operating conditions of the pump extracting water from reservoir which operates in large varied range water levels.
