交口灌区农业水土资源承载力评价及障碍因子诊断

摘要:
【目的】对灌区农业的可持续发展和水土资源的合理配置提供实践指导【方法】以交口灌区为研究对象,构建包括水土资源、社会、经济、生态环境四个准则层的水土资源承载力评价指标体系,选用组合赋权的TOPSIS模型对交口灌区水土资源承载力进行综合评价分析,并采用障碍度模型诊断制约灌区农业水土资源承载力提升的主要障碍因子。【结果】①2016~2020年,交口灌区的水土资源承载力整体呈稳步提升态势,各区县的水土资源承载力差距逐渐缩小;②灌区不同区县的水土资源承载力水平差异明显,中、北部的承载力水平要高于东、西部,各区县的承载力指数在0.257~0.621区间,未有区县达到Ⅰ级可承载水平;③水土资源系统和生态环境系统中的单位耕地农药量、水土资源匹配系数、单位耕地施肥量、垦殖率、生态环境用水率、水资源开发利用率等指标是制约交口灌区水土资源承载力提升的主要障碍因子【结论】水土资源和生态环境是影响灌区水土资源承载力的关键要素,灌区要以可持续发展理论为导向,注重农业发展与生态保护并重,综合提升灌区承载水平。

Evaluation of Agricultural Soil and Water Resources Carrying Capacity and Diagnosis of Obstacle Factors in Jiaokou Irrigation District

Abstract:
【Objective】To provide practical guidance for sustainable agricultural development and rational allocation of soil and water resources in the irrigation area .【Method】 Taking Jiaokou Irrigation Area as the research object, the evaluation index system of soil and water resources carrying capacity was constructed, which included four criteria: soil and water resources, society, economy and ecological environment. TOPSIS model with combined weights was used to evaluate and analyze the carrying capacity of soil and water resources in Jiaokou irrigation district, and the obstacle degree model was used to diagnose the main obstacle factors restricting the carrying capacity of agricultural soil and water resources in Jiaokou irrigation district. 【Results】 ① From 2016 to 2020, the carrying capacity of soil and water resources in Jiaokou Irrigation District was steadily improved, and the gap between the carrying capacity of soil and water resources in different districts and counties was gradually narrowed. ②The carrying capacity of soil and water resources in different districts and counties of the irrigation area is significantly different. The carrying capacity level in the middle and north of the irrigation area is higher than that in the east and west of the irrigation area. The carrying capacity index of each district and county is in the range of 0.257~0.621, and no county has reached the level I. ③ Indicators of soil and water resources system and ecological environment system, such as pesticide amount per unit of cultivated land, matching coefficient of soil and water resources, fertilizer amount per unit of cultivated land, reclamation rate, ecological water use rate, and water resources development and utilization rate, are the main obstacle factors restricting the improvement of soil and water resources carrying capacity in Qiaokou irrigation district.【Conclusion】Soil and water resources and ecological environment are the key factors affecting the carrying capacity of soil and water resources in the irrigation district. Irrigated areas should be guided by the theory of sustainable development, attach equal importance to agricultural development and ecological protection, and comprehensively improve the bearing level of irrigated areas.
