| 【目的】评价在役渡槽的健康状态。【方法】首先从功能性角度建立了渡槽的层次结构评价体系,划分了评价等级并确定了相应的判别标准,用层次分析法来确定各因素权重;其次结合工程实测资料,用统计学方法确定了底层指标隶属度,根据最大隶属度原则确定渡槽的健康等级。【结果】初步建立了渡槽的模糊综合评价模型。【结论】某渡槽的评价结果已成功用于渡槽除险加固工作,说明该模型用于评价渡槽健康状态是可行的。 |

| Abstract: |
| 【Objective】 Keeping aqueducts in healthy status in an irrigation district is impetus to ensure their service; the purpose of this paper is to present a method to assess aqueduct health. 【Method】 A hierarchical system was established to assess aqueducts based on their functions. We divided the assessment into several levels and proposed health criteria for each level. The weight for the factors associated with each level was calculated using the method of hierarchical analysis. Based on data measured from engineering projects, we estimated the subordinate index using statistical methods, and calculated the health levels of the aqueduct using the principle of maximum membership.【Result】A comprehensive fuzzy assessment model was established to diagnose aqueduct health and it was then successfully applied to help repair and reinforce deteriorated aqueducts. 【Conclusion】 The model proposed in this paper is feasible for evaluating aqueducts health, and it can be used as a reference to help diagnose different types of aqueducts. |
