云南石漠化区水资源承载力评价

摘要:
【目的】探究云南石漠化区水资源承载能力。【方法】以云南省石漠化区的6个典型区域(文山、曲靖、昭通、红河、丽江、迪庆)为基础,利用模糊层次分析法和模糊综合评判法,分别以社会发展、经济条件、环境保护、水资源利用4个子系统作为准则层,共选择24个指标,建立评价指标体系,通过各指标权重及评价矩阵计算,得出各地区的综合评分,开展其水资源承载力评价分析。【结果】云南石漠化区水资源承载能力评分值隶属V2等级的隶属度最大,且各地区综合评分间存在显著差异(p<0.05),其中,在丽江地区最大,为0.501,昭通地区最小0.386。【结论】云南石漠化区的水资源开发利用达到一定程度,但也存在开发利用潜力,各地区间开发利用程度差异显著,典型区域中以丽江的水资源承载能力相对最高,昭通最低,应结合实际条件科学规划、合理开发利用。

Abstract:
【Background】The increase in population and rapid socioeconomic development have combined to increase the demand for water. This has resulted in various detrimental impacts on the environment including water shortage and deterioration of aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems, such as the Karst regions in Yunnan province which make up approximately 1/3 of the total provincial area. Motivated by ecological system reconstruction proposed by Chinese government, there has been an increase in study on the carrying capacity of water resources against its population and socioeconomic development for different regions in Yunnan province.【Objective】 The objective of this paper is to analyse the carrying capacity of water resources in the rocky desertification regions in the province.【Method】The analysis was based on six typical rocky desertification regions in Yunnan: Wenshan, Qujing, Zhaotong, Honghe, Lijiang, Diqing. Water resources in each region were analysed using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation index system included four criterion layers and 24 indicators, with the four layers being social development, economic condition, environmental protection and water resources, respectively. The regional comprehensive score was calculated from the index weight and the evaluation matrix.【Result】The score of the carrying capacity of water resources in the rocky desertification areas was the highest under V2 grade. There was a significant difference in comprehensive scores between the six regions (p<0.05), with its maximum value being 0.501 in Lijiang and the minimum being 0.386 in Zhaotong.【Conclusion】Water resource utilization in the rocky desertification regions in Yunnan province has been moderately developed, and there is still room for further development. Development and utilization of water resources vary significantly between regions, with Lijiang being most abundant in water resources while Zhaotong was the least. These spatial variations should be taken into account in water resource planning and development
