遥感技术在高标准农田中的应用研究

摘要:
【目的】梳理遥感技术在高标准农田中的应用研究进展,分析其优势和局限,并探讨未来发展方向。【方法】通过文献综述方式开展研究。【结果】①遥感技术通过整合多源数据为高标准农田选址提供科学依据,并在规划设计阶段优化基础设施布局。②在建设实施阶段建立了三级监测体系,实现施工过程全要素跟踪,并在监测评价阶段开展综合评估。【结论】当前仍面临多源数据融合与处理瓶颈、智能解译精度与可信度难题以及政策衔接与监管机制缺陷等挑战。未来应聚焦技术创新与管理机制升级,推动遥感技术在高标准农田中的应用。

Abstract:
【Objective】Remote sensing (RS) has advantage of large-scale coverage, rapid acquisition and multi- dimensional data support. It has been widely used in construction of high-standard farmland (HSF) and become an indispensable tool for optimizing HSF planning and management. This paper reviews the application of RS in HSF construction, its advantages and limitations, and its future development. 【Method】Our analysis was based on application of RS in both Chian and worldwide; it covers technical reports, policy documents related to RS applications in HSF construction.【Result】The application of RS in HSF construction involve three stages. In planning and design stage, integrating multi-source RS data helps select HSF site, optimize layout of irrigation and drainage system, road networks, and other key infrastructures. In construction stage, RS can establish a three-tier dynamic monitoring system to realize full-element, real-time tracking of the construction progress and quality. In monitoring and evaluation stage, RS can monitor and assess soil quality, production capacity, and ecological benefits of HSF. 【Conclusion】Despite its advantages, RS still faces challenges in HSF applications. The bottlenecks are multi-source data fusion and its efficient processing, and the difficulties in improving accuracy and credibility of intelligent interpretation of HSF-related information. Future efforts should focus on strengthening technological innovation and management improvement.
