水肥耦合对烤烟生理生态特性及产量和品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】探究豫西山区水肥耦合对烤烟生理生态特性及产量和品质的影响,为优化烤烟栽培管理措施提供理论依据。【方法】以烤烟品种秦烟96为试验材料,采用盆栽试验,设计不施肥(CK)、常规施肥(T1)和水肥耦合(T2)3个处理,系统测定各处理烤烟生理指标、生态指标及产量和品质指标,综合评价水肥耦合技术的应用效果。【结果】水肥耦合技术显著增加了烤烟株高、叶数和叶面积;在烟叶生长发育过程中,其叶绿素量、光合作用速率、气孔导度等生态性状显著提高;在烤烟产量方面,与T1处理相比,T2处理上等烟比例提高了19.08%;与CK和T1处理相比,T2处理烤烟产量分别增加9.11%和1.92%,其烟叶的淀粉和蛋白质量最高增加0.33%和2.58%,烟叶品质显著提升。【结论】水肥耦合技术可以有效地改善烟株的生理生态特性且对烤烟的产量和品质提升有较为明显的作用。

The impact of water-fertilizer coupling on growth, development, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco

Abstract:
【Objective】Tobacco is a cash crop grown in Western Henan Province, central China. This study experimentally investigates the effects of water-fertilizer coupling on its physiological and ecological characteristics, as well as its yield and quality.【Method】A pot experiment was conducted using tobacco variety Qinyan 96 as the model plant. It consisted of three treatments: no fertilization (CK), conventional fertilization used by local farmers (T1), and drip fertigation (T2, i.e., water-fertilizer coupling) that delivers soluble or liquid fertilizer into the root zone; each treatment had three replicates. Irrigation was performed at four key growth stages: the transplanting, early vigorous growth, mid vigorous growth, and late vigorous growth stage. During the experiment, we measured physiological-ecological traits including photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, chlorophyll content, and dry matter accumulation at different growth stages. After harvest, we measured the yield-related indices (total yield, output value, average price, proportion of premium-grade tobacco leaves) and quality-related indices (protein and starch contents).【Result】Water-fertilizer coupling significantly increased plant height, leaf numbers and leaf area. During leaf growth and development stages, water-fertilizer coupling significantly increased physiological traits such as chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, and stomatal conductance. Compared with T1, T2 increased the proportion of premium-grade tobacco by 19.08%. Compared with CK and T1, T2 increased tobacco yield by 9.11% and 1.92%, respectively, and starch and protein contents in tobacco leaves by up to 0.33% and 2.58%, respectively. 【Conclusion】Water-fertilizer coupling effectively improved the physiological and ecological traits of tobacco, thereby increasing its yield and improving its quality.
