Abstract:
【Objective】 The spatial distribution and relationship of nutrient salts and chlorophyll a were studied during the icebound season in lake Nanhai, Baotou city. 【Method】 The total nitrogen, total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, total phosphorus solubility, soluble phosphate, chlorophyll a concentration and related environmental factors were respectively detected in sampling point under normal and frozen temperature. 【Results】 ①The nutrient salt has some regularity in the spatial and temporal distribution, the seasonal variation in time and the spatial variation in space were both obviously different. The former was mainly influenced by natural factors including light and temperature, the latter was mainly influenced by human activities. ② The concentrations of chlorophyll a was significantly positive correlated to DIN、DIP、TN、TP、NH4 +-N、NO3- -N (P<0.05) under the frozen conditions, which suggested that the growth of planktonic algae was affected by the condition of the nutrient content in the lake to a certain extent. ③Under the condition of freezing the pollutants that migrated from ice to water were difficult to be degraded, leaded to deterioration of water quality. 【Conclusion】 The N/P ratio of the water body in the ice period was 11.38, and the mained controlling factor of eutrophication was P. Therefore, P was the key to the eutrophication of the lake Nanhai.
