Abstract: |
【Objective】 Water and soil nutrients modulate plant growth and the objective of this work is to experimentally study the combined impact of water and fertilizer on the contents of sugar and carotene in wolfberry grown in arid region under drip irrigation. 【Method】 Field experiments designed using the four-factor and six-level uniform method were conducted, and irrigation (X1), nitrogenous fertilizer (X2), phosphate fertilizer (X3) and potash fertilizer (X4) were considered as the impact factors.【Result】 ①Each single factor had a significant effect on the content of total sugar in the fruits, and their impact was ranked in X1>X4>X3>X2. ②The two-factor interactive impact was ranked in X3X4>X2X4>X1X2>X1X3>X1X4>X2X3 based on their effects on total sugar content. ③For their impact on polysaccharide content, the two-factor coupling was in the order X2X4>X1X3>X1X2>X3X4>X1X4>X2X3. ④For impact on carotenoid content, the two-factor coupling was ranked in X3X4>X1X3>X1X2>X2X3>X1X4>X2X4. 【Conclusion】 The optimal fertigation is 1 700~2 090 m3/hm2 of water, 240~342 kg/hm2 of nitrogen, 19~95 kg/hm2 of phosphorous, and 130~171 kg/hm2 of potash. |
