Abstract: |
【Objective】This paper mainly analyzed and studied the sewage discharge effect of drip irrigation mesh filter.【Method】The theoretical calculation value was calculated by calculating the sewage pressure difference and the sewage discharge time of the 60-mesh and 80-mesh filters, and then the sediment discharge effect of the different sediment concentration and different influent flow was analyed according to the test results. We compared the experimental value with the theoretical value.【Result】①The theoretical calculation value of the sewage pressure difference was basically the same as the measured value; ②The peak value of the sewage discharge curve was about 10 s and tends to be stable in the 20~30 s, and the sewage discharge effect is remarkable.【Conclusion】The result is basically consistent with the test results and the actual operation results, and can be used for determining the sewage pressure difference and the sewage discharge time of the mesh filter in the actual process. |
