Evaluation and analysis of standardized management in large and medium-sized irrigation district in Guizhou

Abstract:
Irrigation district standardized management is the inevitable result of the development of irrigation districts, and is also an important symbol of modern agriculture. Carry out standardized construction of irrigation district, is of great significance to improve the level of irrigation management, to mainten irrigation district operation safety, and to guaromtee irrigation district facilities benefit. The purpose of this paper is to provide technical support for the standardized management of large and medium-sized irrigation districts in Guizhou in the future. Using questionnaires and expert surveys, we analyzed the overall creation idea, evaluation index system and evaluation standards of standardized management of large and medium-sized irrigation districts in Guizhou, and took the pilot irrigation districts of standardized management in Guizhou Province in 2023 as the object of investigation, and quantified the standardized management according to the six major categories of organizational management, safety management, engineering management, agricultural water conservation and water supply management, information management, and economic management. The problems existing in the standardization creation work are sorted out and found, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the standardized management of large and medium-sized irrigation districts in Guizhou are put forward.
